I earned my B.Sc. in Clinical Dietetics from Bowling Green State University in the United States. After working as a dietitian for several years, I returned to school to pursue my passion for Holistic Nutrition, graduating from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in October 2018. With over 20 years of clinical experience in North America and internationally, I specialize in helping patients enhance their eating habits, prevent nutrient depletion, balance emotional eating, reduce inflammation, and support chronic diseases. 

Currently, I have joined Maple Grove Medical Clinic in Oakville, Ontario to help patients in Oakville and the West Toronto.
